The NHSB...crisp, clean and balanced! Pale straw in color with an almost imperceptable green hue, the first aromas are grapefruit, citrus and melon. Secondary aromas are lemon and fresh cut hay. At first taste, the wine hits you with high acidity and flavors of grapefruit and pears. The acidity stays with you all the way through and the wine finishes with lemon and melon. A great creek-side, pool-side, feeling groovy kinda summer afternoon wine.

Blackberry and plum aromas combine with flavors of deep fruit, tons of clove spice and some anise. A HUGE wine where a very soft but full-bodied mouthfeel provides the foundation for the complex flavors and aromas. Finishes long and spicy with flavors of deep dark blackberries. Pair this wine with pork or beef...or nothing, naked.

Deep black currants and spice aromas. Flavors are deep black cherry, clove and nutmeg with an earthy component and dried herbs like coriander and cut hay. This is a sublime and soft medium-bodied Cab based blend with broad mouthfeel and lots of spicy characters. The tannins, while soft, are very full. The wine finishes with long dark earthy characters and a shot of black cherry.
