Bacon wrapped dates stuffed with blue cheese
- 20 dates -pitted
- 10 pieces bacon, cut in half- cooked put still pliable
- 2-4 oz of blue cheese- Point Reyes
- Tooth picks
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Cut a slit on the side of each date. Stuff cheese in the middle of each date, wrap date with bacon and hold together with tooth picks. Place on cookie sheet and bake dates till warm about 8-10 minutes. Serve warm. Enjoy
